Selection of horizontal promotions designed by A-cero

The architecture studio A-cero, led by Joaquín Torres & Rafael Llamazares, presents an horizontal promotions selection designed by the studio.

ARAVACA (MADRID)

It is house complex with nine exclusive single-family luxuries houses situated in 1000m2 plots with its own exterior swimming pool and a wide garden. An exclusive gated, safe, and secure residential area with single access.

The houses have three levels (basement, ground floor and first level) and a 665m2 built area.

MARRUECOS

This project in Morocco includes a hotel and a royal residence. In the same parcel is located both the hotel and the royal residence, and  separated by a typical Moroccan pond. Thi sresidence is in one nievel ground floor and has an area of ​​530m2, while the hotel is in two levels, with an area of ​​2.900m2.

SAN SEBASTIÁN DE LOS REYES (MADRID)

Development formed by a group of semi-detached houses. There are a total of 36 plots, with surfaces between 447 and 460m2. The houses have three levels, basement + 2.

VILLA DE AROUSA (PONTEVEDRA)

The houses are built to enjoy the Arosa estuary, with a type of gable roof typical of the area.

The project includes 2 blocks, basement, ground floor, first floor and cover.

RIAS BAIXAS (GALICIA)

Project of 11 houses, located in Galicia, in the province of Pontevedra, Spain.

This is a set of residential houses, consisting of 4 levels, basement + ground floor, first and practicable cover floor (solarium). All with a total area of ​​373m2.

SANCTI PETRI (CÁDIZ)

This is a project on an apartments complex in the Novo Sancti Petri (Chiclana).

The hotel complex designed by A-cero covers a total area of ​​40.000m2 and consists of 235 apartments with one to three bedrooms, arranged in 39 blocks in the form of open building.

CASTRO URDIALES (CANTABRIA)

This is a residential complex of 264 houses adapted to suit the characteristics of the environment, through the articulated rhythm of an architectural piece, spread over 5 blocks of the sector.

The total area is 42.994m2.

MADRID

Project located just 10 minutes from Madrid center, in a privileged environment with a total of 4 semi-detached houses with a unique design and the best materials and finishes.

They consist of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge – dining room, garage with large game room and private garden with swimming pool, with a total constructed area of 345m2 and a plot of 250m2.

SOTOGRANDE (CÁDIZ)

It is a development of 25 homes that A-cero has designed in the municipality of San Enrique de Guadiaro, a small town next to the exclusive development of Sotogrande, Cadiz.

The townhouses consist of 300m2 distributed in basement, access level, first floor and cover floor.

 EL ESCORIAL (MADRID)

The plot has an irregular form and a surface of 5.899,50 m2. It’s limited to the North by an open space and protected by the river that crosses the “Ensanche”, at the West and South by a rolled public road and at the East with other plot with similar characteristics.

We’ve projected the houses so the ones with smaller surfaces have an open space without distribution zones. The ones with bigger surfaces have a distribution zone that independice the private stays.

BAQUEIRA

The buildings are disposed layered one after each other, fitting perfectly to the natural slope of the mountain. All of them have been planned in three levels (ground floor, loow floor and first floor) to integrate them in the slope like if they were natural elements.

With this work A-cero was looking for a creative architectural solution where quality, aesthetics and functionality are linked to create ideal properties in the special environment where they are placed.

LOS FRESNOS I (BOADILLA DEL MONTE)

The residential complex Los Fresnos, located in the wonderful development of La Dehesa, one of the most privileged zones in Boadilla del Monte between Las Lomas y Valdecabañas. This exclusive development, closed and with restricted access, will have 278 single family properties, individual or semidetached.

LOS FRESNOS II (BOADILLA DEL MONTE)

Located in the same place as the previous development, this second fase includes 14 exclusive single and semidetached chalets, from 500 m² of floor area.

PAMPLONA

It’s a row of 20 attached chalets located in a continuated form like a consecution of cubic volumes perfectly integrated and coordinated to obtain the maximum functionality and the best design.

The facade is made of a combination of concrete and white limestone that provides modernity and simplicity to the achitectonic complex.

EL PERAL (VALLADOLID)

Just 10 minutes from downtown, you will find this set of 20 high-design paired houses with the finest materials and finishes.

They consist of kitchen, lounge-dining room, 4 bedrooms, garage with storage room, private garden in plots  from 270m2 up to 430m2. All of them in a  private development surrounded by common areas, swimming pool and paddle court.

88 VIVIENDAS (LA FINCA, MADRID)

This is a development consisting of 88 houses made ​​with high levels of quality and design. Each house consists of 450m2 of surface area on three floors: basement, low and first level.

With an architectural design that dominate the harmony and purity of the lines, there are five blocks arranged transversely linear according to the shape of the plot.
