Today A-cero architecture studio directed by Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares present a single family house project of 1.185 sqm located in Middle East. The entire house is distributed in one floor. There are more than 1.370 sqm of covered spaces around the house. This house has more than 1.400 sqm of exterior areas and over 6.000 sqm of sports facilities.

This level with an interior area of 1.185 sqm is distributed in different spaces. In front of the access we find the 128 sqm hall together with a wardrobe and a toilet. The house has a main kitchen of 43 sqm and also a secondary kitchen together with a storage room and a chilled room. Next to the dining room of 50 sqm there is a familiar living room of 129 sqm and a corridor that takes you to the main bedrooms. These two bedrooms are provided with its own dresser and bathroom. In this floor there are also three bedrooms for the children with its bathroom, praying room, games room, gym, indoor swimming pool of 25 sqm, dress room and two saunas.

There is a guest area with two bedrooms with its own bathroom. There is also a service area with three bedrooms, bathroom and a hall. In front of the access point there is a little pavilion with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the exterior we find several sheets of water, six courtyards, terrace, exterior swimming pool and jacuzzi in a total area of 1.420 sqm.

In an area close to 6.000 sqm there are different sport facilities like a karting circuit of 1.790 sqm, half football field, a stable of 118 sqm and a horse-riding trail of 700 sqm. Outdoors there is also a relaxing area and a chill out of 295 sqm.

The house, which was designed in a unique floor, integrates itself with the facade coming up from the terrain. The main access to the house is framed with the stairs and the pergola that challenges the gravity.

The house was designed with pure lines and the result is orthogonal volumes. This balanced style remembers the first works of A-cero. The continuation of the facade is broken with the height variation of the roofs.

The distribution of the house divides the house in different areas where the contrast between them is clear. The white colour travertine marble of the facade is removed from the walls and substituted with black glass panes that join visually the interior of the house with the exterior.

The water is very important for the project. There are some water ponds and eight sheets of water distributed between the interior courtyards and the exterior.

There are also several porches like the entrance, the barbecue area, the dining and living area, the chill out, the different bedrooms, the swimming pool area, the praying area, the guests area, the garage or the service.

The karting circuit surrounds the other sports facilities.
