OUTSIDE VIEW

It is a house with a strong sculptural character. The facade is reaching out thanks to the inclination of the walls where the lines leave the right angle to play with different volumes.

We see a contrast in the finish of the facade, made of natural stone, which emphasizes the different architectural material provisions that form. The sculpted entrance porch of 25m2 invades the access road to the house over 600m2.

The water becomes an element that is always present in this project, joining in sheets that are placed at the main entrance, and two courtyards.

As with most projects, entry of natural lightt through large windows looking glass panes are bronze finish.

The service building is composed of a security room for access to housing, a bedroom for service personnel, two bathrooms and hall.

The pool is 60m2 between different open spaces of the villa, with a total area of nearly 1500m2.

A porch with a design of organic shapes covering the outside parking of 210m2. This  house has about 470m2 of covered surfaces on the outside, we find different porches of access, entrance, bedroom, game room, etc.

INTERIOR VIEW

The interior shares the contrast of the finishes of the facade. White is the protagonist, seeking continuity and creating open spaces, specially in public areras where it plays with the double height. A continuity that is projected outward through the  connection between the interior of the house through the large windows arranged.
