Interiorism of an attic in the development designed by A-cero in Ibiza

Today the architecture studio A-cero, led by Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares presents a selection of interior images of the attic that we showed you yesterday in the TV programme Sálvame, in a development in Ibiza.

EXTERIOR

At the first beach line and very close to the city of Ibiza is this development of 72 homes. On a trapezoidal shape plot of 50 hectares and in a rising level from the sea, the homes are distributed in a way so all of them have sea views. Behind them lies the central area of the residential complex with gardens and footpaths.

The plot in this area raises his level and in an almost semicircular way there is also a second row of 7 blocks, of 6 houses each, structured on three levels with two apartments on each floor.

External materials like white limestone and white glass, with strong cubic linearity and an area with a porch with pergola with a trapezoidal shape breaking the hieratiso thereof.

INTERIOR

In the access to the house we have a hallway that leads us to the different rooms, characterized by its two-tone, being finished in white and the doors in black.

In this hall we place a pedestal finished in white with a coral of A-cero Floral Reef Collection.

In this first area we find the living room, dining room and kitchen. It is a completely open space finished in white, characterized by the vast lighting that comes from the large windows. Despite being an open space, we have arranged a sliding glass door in the kitchen.

The lighting is found in bulbs embedded in the ceiling.

The furniture is the same color, except the storage area in the kitchen, which has been introduced in black with the aim of breaking up the monotony.

For the furniture we have chosen two A-cero In collections: from the Trek collection we place a sofa and armchair upholstered in white, and from the Slimo collection we find two coffee tables, a sidetable, and a dining table.

In the next room emphasizes the Capri bed, whose headboard continues to the roof and is marked by a painting. The side tables, like the bed, are finished in white lacquer and the follow a design of straight and curved lines. Finally, a gray carpet covers the entire space.

The next bedroom, also white finished features a white lacquered bed and a mirrored nightstand. In one of the walls we can locate a series of panels with different finishes, due to their inclination and sizes, together they form a decorative mural.

In order to maximize the feeling of spaciousness of the room, some of the panels of the mural is finished in mirror. The lighting, as in the living room, is found in bulbs embedded in the ceiling.

The furniture in the terrace, both in the living room area and in the pool, belongs to the Rest Collection, designed by A-cero for Vondom.

The Rest collection is inspired by the Japanese art of origami or paper folding, which is based on the folding of the paper for getting various figures and in the line of thought “less is more”.

Here we leave you the video we showed you yesterday in the TV programme Sálvame:

Comment from Marco

Dentro de la decoración las alfombras son lo que menos me ha llamado la atención, aun así dan su toque de color, por otro lado la colección Rest la encuentro muy elegante.
