A-cero studio presents the interior design proposal for the project presented for a residential complex in Argelia. An architecture adapted to the field, with two underground floors, parking, different access and five floors of houses.

Each of the 5 floors are divided into 20 homes, with a total of 100 homes in the promotion. The proposal provides homes with 4 and 3 bedrooms.

Although each type and each home is unique, they all follow the same pattern of operation. The interiors are proposed with a white background, which receives game as a canvas textures and shapes achieved by lattices. Alternative finishes, easily customizable homes and adaptable to the tastes of the owners and likely to be decorated in endless ways.

Today we will pay attention to the houses on FLOORS 1, 2, and 3

House of 3 and 4 bedrooms with similar types but with different characteristics. It is played with the size of the intermediate terraces and planters, bringing movement and diversity.

You access the homes to a large entrance hall which can be opened and visually living space, or close it for privacy with a sliding door.

In this space it is the closet and toilet, the house is separated into two parts, the most public and the most privated.

As with the exterior architecture, the interior is modern and avant garde style with traditional and cultural references in the decor.

Our proposal arises from the maximum integration in the environment of a modern and Mediterranean architecture that use traditional elements. The result is a white architecture with gardens and fountains, where it joins the vegetation and water, textures, materials, lights and shadows.

The architecture has its own character using garden walls. These vertical gardens make up the whole.

Each facade is different depending on their orientation. Differents volumes generating the terraces of each house, giving movement and a play of light and shadows.

Modern and Mediterranean architecture, playing with different textures and materials. The garden appears to be part of the home connecting it with the environment.

As we can see in this access, it pay attention to the spaces, both indoors and outdoors, using resources based on traditional local architecture.

In the hall, a large sheet of water welcomes visitors and accompanies him inside where water provides audible and visual richness.

The south facade is the most visible from the outside. The proposed design aims to provide a sculptural value using elements of traditional architecture and geometric elements such as coffered ceilings and walls.

In the project the light has a great importance, playing with it by using lattices and materials that reflect, looking play of light and shadows.

Each house is a unit in itself, which opens to the landscape and extends through the terrace without losing the complete privacy. The use of lattices and vegetation serves as visual and spatial protection, promoting the idea of gardens rather than architecture.
