You access the house from the highest part of the plot, so it is on the first floor where we find the rooms daily use as the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

Access from the street is made from the lowest point, and by a lateral ramp it ascend to the parking and the house.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are an only space. The master bedroom turn over the views of the large window on the main facade. So there are spectacular views over the beach.

In front of this window it provides a terrace with the largest overhang projected in modular housing to date.

It also has a large pool on the ground floor. This floor has been reserved for bedrooms and auxiliary storage.

The interior design proposal bet by white and neutral tones like gray giving much prominence to the large window overlooking the sea.
