Hoy os presentamos la propuesta de A-cero para el concurso de ideas “Basauri II”. Un trabajo basado en la realización de un edificio de oficinas de alquiler situado en la exclusiva urbanización madrileña “La Florida”.
Los organizadores del certamen primaban la originalidad de los planteamientos presentados y la consonancia del diseño del nuevo edificio con el de dos construcciones de la misma empresa (Basauri I y Somera) ya construidas en las parcelas anexas.
Por ello, A-cero desarrolló una propuesta basada en dos directrices: el dialogo urbano con las otras dos edificaciones de los mismos propietarios y la obtención de la máxima superficie para alquilar a terceros.
Bajo estas premisas, la intervención que se planteó se situaba de tal manera que funcionaba como una “bisagra arterial” de circulación entre las calles Basauri y Somera, conectando el tráfico rodado y las zonas de aparcamiento del nuevo inmueble Basauri II y el ya existente edificio Somera.
El proyecto propuesto por A-cero constaba, de acuerdo con las premisas del concurso, de tres sótanos (dos para ser usados como parkings y uno con opción de ser destinado para oficinas), nivel de acceso, primera y segunda planta.
Con el objetivo de obtener la mayor superficie posible de oficinas, se optó por elevar ligeramente la planta baja de forma que también se liberaba a este nivel de ser usado como zona de acceso.
El hall diseñado consiste en un amplio y luminoso espacio de cuatro alturas hacia el que vierten las oficinas situadas en los niveles superiores. Este representativo patio, ubicado en el centro de la construcción, aportaría luz controlada a las zonas de trabajo, ya que su cubrición se plantea mediante paneles translucidos.
El interior de las zonas de trabajo se proyectó atendiendo al carácter de alquiler de las mismas, por lo que la elección de acabados está dirigida a un fácil mantenimiento y limpieza de los mismos.
Alrededor de la construcción, se propuso un espacio exterior atractivo basado en un paisajismo de grava, piedra y láminas de agua tratadas mediante un sistema de depuración de sal para evitar costosas operaciones de mantenimiento.
La fachada planteada se proyecta mediante muro cortina compuesto por paneles sándwich de aluminio y vidrio laminar de control solar sobre una estructura metálica.
