NEW IMAGES OF WORKS
The property type has a total area of almost 125 m2, located on two levels: ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor are the most common areas of housing as the hall, a toilet, a living room of 26 m2, a kitcheen of 11 m2, 2 porches and a terrace. On the other hand, upstairs private spaces, among which are a distributor, master bedroom of 13 m2 with its own bathroom of 3,5 m2 and two secondary bedrooms of 11 m2 and 9 m2 with a bath are located to share the same area as the previous one. And finally in this level are access to parking for one vehicle.
The place where these homes are located provides an environment whose magnificent views invite to serenity and rest. Faced with the previous proposal, they are arranged on the rear facade windows on the ground floor.
These townhouses share a continuosly exterior facade finished in reinforced concrete panels in white and aluminum. The upper floor is framed with a curved element drawing a right angle on one of its sides, to stand on the opposite coinciding with the separation wall between houses.
In exterior walls white verticality of the openings is marked with an aluminum finish that continues its journey.
An exterior wall with a pergola upward termination, which in turn plays a role projected parking. We must highlight the wide openings that are arranged on the front facade for this new proposal.
This housing complex is an exclusive development along a broad avenue, where design studio a-cero and the typical architecture of southern Spain merge into a magnificent result.
The living room has a large window that provides natural light to areas commonly used. The white and black are used to achieve an atmosphere of contrast throughout the interior.
The dining room is at a connection point between the rooms on the ground floor. Architecture is used to create a double coinciding with the space of the staircase to floor height.
This image corresponds to a double living room, where he plays with the double height to define the living area dining. This double height also allows the entry of natural light, wrapped by the white finish of stay.
On the porch, topped by the singular volume of the facade, we found a perfect area for rest against which the pool is located.
In the kitchen appliances and cabinets are in ilne with the wall, finished in gloss black lacquered wood color, creating a contrast with the white finish of walls, ceiling and counter.
In the master bedroom, located upstairs, it highlights the large window that lets in light. The white finish bedroom creates a sense of harmony and spaciousness. The cabinets are in line with the wall. The picture shows a sculptural headboard that marks the verticality of the wall, where the wood paneling and paintings frame a strip of led lighting.
The bathroom, finished with natural stone gray, has natural lighting through a small skylight that provides natural light.
