A-cero property in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid
Today we want to rescue an A-cero project for a property located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. Here is the dwelling, now already built, but this time with more pictures than last time. The plot’s an irregular form with four sides and 3.316,95 m2, with a South-North orientation and a medium slope. The house counts with two levels according with the needs of the owner.

In the basement we find the following spaces: garage, storage, laundry, wardorbe, service zone, installation room, masage room with bath, game room with toy storage, yoga room, sauna, gym with bath and virtual golf. The equipment of this property is completed with a stair that goes to the low floor and other one with access to the gym. The access to this zone comes from the main space of the property and also from the grarage across a corridor that divides the space in two: one for auxiliar services (laundry, service zone…) and the gym and enjoyment areas.
LOW FLOOR
In the low floor appear the main rooms; the living room, dining room, kitchen, with office and bedrooms in the complementary spaces; dressers, bathrooms and living rooms. Also, there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom for each one and a living room. Outside there is a pool and a zone for a kids pool.

EXTERIOR
In the low floor, the hall gives access to the dwelling that joins two zones differenciated by an imaginarium axis North-South direction that crosses the yard, opens the view to the pool and the green zones of the development. The first area provides access to the porch across the main stances as the living room, dining room and office. On the opposite side of this line, appears the sencond area, more private, that takes the main bedroom and other ones linked to the living room.
The dwelling is planned with rational lines, straight and geometrical volumes that go ahead or back in the different fronts to change the horizontal look . Porches and pergolas are the elements selected for changing the structural force, generating relax zones and shadow areas for the owners, opening the architecture to the envorinment, specially the beach pool place.

Me parece una casa espectacular lastima que los planos no se vean bien, estaria bien que lo subierais por ejemplo en PDF ahi os dejo mi sugerencia, es una pena el no poder ver bien los planos ya que se ve muy pequeño y no se diferencian las estancias…

Aunque nunca pueda comprarme una casa de las que haceis, soy un gran admirador de vuestras obras arquitectónicas y del interiorismo de A-Cero, felicitaros Joaquín Torres y tu equipo por hacer arte en la construcción de viviendas. Un saludo.
Muy bien los renders y el proyecto en genreal, aunque para mi gusto ha sido un pequeño homicidio a la arquitectura Miesiana. Tan masivo pierde el concepto de espacio fluido… por lo menos en los renders.
Es una pena que a.cero arquitectos se ciña al público con pasta, porque los ciudadanos con nivel económico medio también se merecen viviendas maravillosas, no hace falta dinero para construir algo de calidad.
